We study in detail the Schr\"{o}dinger equation corresponding to four dimensional $SU(2)$ $\mathcal{N}=2$ SQCD theory with one flavour. calculate Voros symbols, or quantum periods, different ways: Borel summation of WKB series, direct computation Wronskians exponentially decaying solutions, TBA equations Gaiotto-Moore-Neitzke/Gaiotto, and instanton counting. make computations by all these methods, finding good agreement. also exact quantization condition for spectrum, we compute Fredholm determinant inverse Schr\"odinger operator using TS/ST correspondence Zamolodchikov's TBA, again In addition, explore two aspects relationship between singularities transformed series BPS states: states 4d are related a coupled 2d+4d system local solutions equation.
